Monday, December 21st, 2009

With reference to your email I understand that you want to know how to figure out which email address a user is associated with Mozy.

In order to check the email address associated with Mozy you can follow below mentioned steps:-

1. Click on “My Computer”.

2. Select C:\ Drive.

3. Double click on Program Files and then double click on MozyPro.

4. Double click on Data Folder; you will get the file named mozypro.log

5. Open the log file, press Ctrl+F and then press search after typing @ (which we used
with email addresses).

6. It would show the email address which is associated with Mozy.

Multires allows you to write a batch file to reset redo the resolution settings if the monitor won’t rember them on restart.

dimensions, bit count and lastly the refresh rate

Put the little multires file in the system32 directory and then make a txt file and rename it a .bat drag a shortcut to it into the XP startup folder. Put the BAT file somewhere it won’t get deleted like in the root of the C drive.
